Each pot includes a pack of shirataki noodles, a dried flavour sachet and a dried vegetable mix sachet all contained in an easily transported sealed pot. These are the perfect choice for Zero Noodle lovers on the go or a meal ready in minutes for the busy dieter.
As well as being super low in calories and low in fat, Zero Noodles are largely composed of soluble plant fibre, galactomannan, which has been shown to help stabilise blood cholesterol levels, It’s believed the glucomannan in Zero Noodles aids weight loss.

1. Rip off lid. Remove the noodles, flavouring and vegetable sachets.
2. Pierce the noodle sachet with a fork and drain. Then open sachet and pour the noodles back into pot.
3. Open flavour and vegetable sachets and empty into pot with noodles.
4. Add boiling water so that the noodles are covered and stir thoroughly.
5. Leave to stand for 4 minutes, then stir again and enjoy!
