Soak in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain. Then apply to dishes such as bolognaise sauce; heat oil in a large pan on medium heat, then fry onions, garlic, mince for 5 minutes until soft. Add herbs, tomato puree, sugar, vinegar, seasoning and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
